Photographer and Director

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Jan Vélez focuses his work on the floating point between cultural dichotomies. Vélez earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Meisterklasse Diploma from Ute Mahler and Ingo Taubhorn at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin. He currently lives in Fürth, Germany.
